How to make Banana milk
Banana milk or milkshake is a very simple and delicious drink which can easily be made from the comforts of your home. It is nutritious and a good side drink for snacks. You can even pour over your cereal, anyway you choose. Also, If you run a restaurant, you can add this drink on your menu.
Let's begin with the procedure.
Ingredients
1 ripe Banana
Crushed ice
Milk
Sweetener (Sugar, honey or syrup)
Flavouring(optional) (Strawberry, vanikla, chocolate)
Oats (optional)
Spices (Nutmeg, cinnamon) optional
Method
First, chop the banana into pieces. You can store inside fridge to freeze it or combine it with the crushed ice inside a blender. Add your milk, preferably liquid milk. If you intend to use Powder milk, make sure you mix it with water before adding it into the blender.
Next you blend everything together until it is smooth. If you want it thinner, add more liquid (water or milk) if you want it thicker, add more ice cubes
Next, add your sweetener according to your taste then blend again
You can add flavouring, spices or oats if you so desire
Finally, your drink is ready. Enjoy!
