How can I stop snoring?


Snoring is not an issue to be taken lightly especially if you have a room mate, it can cause you or your partner to begin sleeping separately. Another thing to note is that many snorers don't know that they snore unless someone tells them and that is truly uncomfortable. So how can you stop these. I shall hint on four basic things


Sleep on your side : try sleeping on your side instead of your back. It helps to stop snoring

Reduce your weight: if you discover that you started snoring once you gained weight, it's only necessary that you shed it off

Avoid alcohol: Alcohol intake induces snoring so the less you take it, the better.

Constantly change your pillow case: germs particles always find a way to get into a person's nose and obstruct the free passage of air

Note that most times people snore because of stress. Always try to avoid stress and drink lots of water. Exercise often and always take short naps.

If the condition continues,  please go to a doctor
